Retail Sales and Marketing Rep
We Need a Heavy Hitting Retail Sales and Marketing Executive who can knock it out of the park!!!! We
need a professional player to step into the game and take over some of our top accounts on the Idaho
Statesmans Retail team. The impact player we are seeking is organized, an effective planner,
knows how to prospect and is able to negotiate win-win solutions for our fans. We will reward this
team player with a competitive base salary, plus commission. In addition to a competitive compensation

Sales and Marketing Executive / Real Estate
The Idaho Statesman is seeking an experienced sales executive to sell advertising to real estate
accounts and to provide top-notch service. The Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible
for increasing and building the account base as a result of strategic targeting of new business through
marketing and sales conversations and providing exceptional customer service.
Requires a college degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field and two years
experience in sales and marketing. Real estate sales experience a plus. Requires a proven record of
sales success and an understanding of basic marketing concepts. Formal sales training is preferred.
A reliable insured vehicle, good driving record and a valid drivers license are required.

Product Handler
Our Distribution Center is accepting applications for product handlers. These are part-time positions
processing advertising inserts. Job requires manual dexterity, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending.
Day shift hours vary, generally dayside hours (20 to 25 hours per week). Night shift is generally from
10:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. (20 to 25 hours per week). All shifts include weekends and holidays. We offer a
competitive wage. Must be at least 18 years old.

Part-Time Dock Assistant
The Idaho Statesman is looking to fill its part-time dock assistant position. This exciting and
important position offers an opportunity to work hands on with the Idaho Statesman newspaper. Duties
include overseeing the loading dock procedures, activities, and operations. The position requires
occasional fieldwork including lifting bundles of newsprint up to 40 pounds.
Successful candidates will have a high school education or equivalent, basic math and accounting
skills, effective customer service skills, a current drivers license, proof of insurance,
reliable motor vehicle and good driving record. Prior dock or transportation experience is a plus.
Shifts generally working between Friday nights and Tuesday nights and between 10pm and 6am.
